Here is the page link again- Download 'samsung-gdi-foomatic-1.0.ppc.dmg' and 'espgs-7.05.5-0.ppc.dmg' and install the software from those downloads. Then go to Printer Setup Utility and add your printer.

The system will not match your printer to any driver. You will have to manually choose the SCX-4500 model. To add a printer, Tiger (OS X 10.4.x) users should open the Printer Setup Utility and click on the Add icon at the top of the Printer List window. A new window will open.

This might still work if you make a change in the Printer Features section under the Copies & Pages pop up menu that appears when you print a job. You can try to set the color mode to Grayscale. The ML-4200 is a color printer while your SCX-4200 is not.

That change alone may enable you to print. Now I'm going to confuse you a bit. I did some searching on the web and found where someone has privately posted the Samsung OS X driver for the SCX-4100.
